Mushroom Cookies

125 grams of malgarine / or butter

1 egg

2 tablespoons of oil

3 fingers missing from a water glass starch

3 fingers missing icing sugar from a water glass

1 pack of vanillin

1 packet of baking powder

2-3 cups of flour

For cocoa



Let’s put the malgarin coming to room temperature into a kneading bowl. Let’s put the egg oil, starch, powdered sugar, vanillin and baking powder into it and knead it well with our hands.

After the ingredients are mixed a little bit, add the flour in a balanced way. After adding 2 glasses of flour, we add a spoonful little by little and make a non-stiff dough. Next, let’s roll out a few small pieces of walnuts and roll them into a tray with greaseproof paper. (Because of the baking soda, these cookies will swell so don’t forget to leave 2 spaces between them)

Let’s put our cocoa in a small bowl. After cleaning the mouth of a bottle in our house (the lid is closed side), let’s dip it in cocoa, then lightly peel it onto the dough in our tray (right in the middle) and pull it out.

After doing the same process for all cookies, let’s bake in a 200 degree oven for 10-13 minutes.
